~* crochet, cozy, romantic, cuddly, chunky... *~
So. It's rainy and slushy outside today... Don't let it get to you, as you're about to get a dose of warmth and coziness, almost as magnificent as a fireplace readily lit up when you come home drained from work... Or a bath in candlelight.
In the form of knitwear, I mean. Chunky, romantic, crochet... You CAN look lovely whilst keeping yourself warm all the way to your toes. Here are some photos I've collected for my rainy day inspiration.

[caption id="attachment_7780" align="aligncenter" width="340" caption="Another big-time favorite look... I've got a dress very much like this by Kristiina Viirpalu but those little black gloves would be an icing on the cake.... Ok, also the Vuitton suitcase adds a certain something. Thanks Unjung Jun for the idea-I'll definitely go for the gloves at least."][/caption]
[caption id="attachment_7770" align="aligncenter" width="493" caption="This makes me think of my Hanski, who is responsible for everything practical existing in our household. She has personally knitted all woollen socks & gloves my kids & I possess, and some quilts in addition. So. Even though she currently lives in Holland, she still keeps us all warm. I'm so lucky to have her."][/caption]
Feeling a little warmer already?
Rainy day kisses to all my lovely readers,

*~ Odd Molly a/w 2012 ~*
Let me share some of the upcoming Odd Molly favorites with you... These yummy pieces were introduced at the Odd Molly 10 years show, at the Stockholm Fashion Week:
Love this black crochet dress, and the cool Indian necklace. Those I would like to wear when hopping to a plane and heading somewhere far... For some reason this dress makes me dream of Buenos Aires.
Then again, I am a little particular.
See those little lilac beads on the hemline and wrists? Delicious. Look at the inside lining of the coat... Luxurious chocolate-brown silk, with delicate lace lining. It's the finishing touches that make Odd Molly special. The dresses have names (hand-embroidered on the inside, hidden up the sleeve...), they are beautiful inside out, or carry a slogan ("up-to-me-ism", "right now, something is good"...) to give that extra UMPH to your steps. It's like a little secret between you and your Odd Molly dress... My own Odd Molly jacket is unique as it is a sample piece - even the final product was never sold in Finland. On the inside, words "Everyday Sugar"are written. Somehow, that speaks to me. ~*♥*~Odd Molly spring/summer 2012 - PeaceTown New York
I'm wondering whether I should shift into writing in English as this has been requested by so many... It appears that LadyBohemia has quite a following abroad - to my great surprise. So... maybe I'll give it a little try.
Please do let me know if you find the change inconvenient; I'll reconsider based on feedback:).
But no more talk. Just a rain of photos. My faves from the next Odd Molly season:
I love the flaming red of this silk dress, especially when combined with these gipsy earrings:
Odd Molly will also display sunglasses next summer; I've seen them and they remain true to the Odd Molly style; gorgeous, uniquely decorated, sweet.
So the theme is New York which brings a more rugged, edgyer feel to the collection.

"i dare you.
join me at the top.
as where some stop, i go."

But, remaining true to the core and soul of the brand, we don't quite bid farewell to the Bohemian Fairy Princess who epitomizes the heart of what is Odd Molly...
The softness of fabrics and design, the delicate lacyness of it all...
Vintage Odd Molly.
And last but definitely not the least, the crochet-work that Odd Molly does soooooo well. I've already reserved this skirt... To wear with a simple top next summer... AND a little underskirt as I'm not quite as bold as the modelgirl...
Let me tell you ladies; I've seen most of these pieces and they're actually even more divine in reality:).
A little ps. I've been asked if I'm paid for complementing certain brands or boutiques - I'm not.
I just call it as I see it ♥.
