My eldest son calls it a Xmas miracle when I clean the house, be it whatever time of the year.
This Christmas morning I experienced my very own Christmas miracle when I, half asleep, heard a whispering conversation by the kids.
Luca: 'We can't wake her up! She's so tired, let's let her sleep!'
Joel: 'No she would want to spend all of Christmas with us. We should wake her up, that what makes her happiest.'
Luca: 'No she's worked so hard. We can't wake her up.'
What made me the happiest, and also made me wake up - not only from my sleep - was a realization of a true Christmas miracle. This year has been hard on us three. It was not only me who has worked hard, my kids have also done so much - as an entrepreneur I have hardly any holidays and as they want to be with me they go where I go and help me out with whatever they can.
And at the end there stand my two Mousquetaires. Reminding me that whatever we lack in material things this Christmas - there is so much love in our lives that it almost hurts.
A Christmas Miracle
